We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
Orders are processed and fulfilled through our logistics network and delivered using trusted courier partners to ensure reliable service.
We offer free standard tracked shipping on all UK orders.
Processing takes 1–4 business days. Delivery takes 8–11 business days.
Total estimated delivery time is 9–15 business days.
Not always. Couriers may leave your parcel in a safe location or provide photo confirmation. Some deliveries may require a signature.
Most deliveries occur Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery may be available depending on the courier and location.

Order & Tracking

Yes, within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it has not entered processing.
Yes, changes can be requested within 24 hours. After that, modifications may not be possible.
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. Tracking may take 1–3 business days to activate.

If the courier provides delivery confirmation (including photo proof), the delivery is considered complete. Contact us if you cannot locate it.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
